Both campuses offer a variety of excellent, value for money accommodation to suit all budgets. Bed and breakfast rates quoted include a full English breakfast. There are excellent sports facilities on campus available to all residential guests. Streatham Campus is set in 300 acres of woodlands and landscaped gardens. It also houses an on-site outdoor heated swimming pool, sports hall, supermarket, bank and theatre. St Luke's Campus offers a more compact site, set around an attractive lawned quadrangle with indoor heated swimming pool, sports hall and supermarket.

Locations

    Holland Hall

Staying in a room at Holland Hall on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus is far cheaper than an Exeter city centre hotel. These rooms are normally reserved for students of the university during term time, but when they go on holiday you can book yourself into a single or double room with ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin.

    Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby

Staying at Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby is a great way to save money on accommodation so you have spare cash to explore historic Exeter. You’ll only be 10 minutes walk from the city centre and surrounded by facilities normally used by students of the University of Exeter Streatham Campus during term time. Your temporary residents pass will give you free access to the onsite swimming pool (July to September only) and outdoor tennis courts.

    St Lukes Campus

At St Lukes Campus you get to stay in a basic and clean room just 10 minutes from Exeter city centre. As this campus is part of the University of Exeter, the rooms become available here when students of the university go off on vacation. Staying on campus means you will have access to lots of really useful facilities such as a supermarket for stocking up on essentials and a launderette to sort out your dirty washing.

    Hope Hall

Don’t give up hope - affordable rooms close to Exeter city centre do exist! Hope Hall is based on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus and offers a far cheaper alternative to hotels when the students are on holiday. Breakfast is even included in the price and served in Hope Hall Dining Room between 8 and 9am.

    Mardon Hall

Staying in Exeter on a budget is easy thanks to Mardon Hall on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus. The affordable single and twin rooms here that become available when students of the university are on vacation are basic, clean and cheap. You will share a bathroom with other guests, but you will have your own tea and coffee making facilities in your room, as well as central heating, complimentary toiletries, a bed, desk and wardrobe.
